Ohio Department of Homeland Security &
The Do Not Buy List
Nexus was the first system to ever automate the do-not-buy list, even years before Ohio built a system for software interfacing. Because we were the first platform ever to use the DnB list, we worked exclusively with the tech team and the late Richard Barron (director of the program) to fix flaws in the system before it was released.
Something can be said about being first
When you're the first one to do something, it means not only have you put in more time than anyone else, it means you had to think outside the box to get things done. It also means you have a greater understanding of what needs to be done to do things right.Because of our additional time working directly with the state, and developing our own technologies for providing our customers this functionaly years before it was available to the other software providers, Nexus has a very quick, easy and streamlined process to checking the do not buy list, and reporting to homeland security.
